LEGAL

§ 1. Made-to-order items and exceptions to the right of withdrawal: All speakers from Green Acoustics Sweden are manufactured to order based on the customer's request. Under Chapter 2, Section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized. By accepting these terms of purchase and placing an order, you agree that the right of withdrawal ceases to apply as soon as the order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

§ 2. Payment terms and start of production: Once an order request has been confirmed via email, an invoice is sent to the customer. Production of the loudspeakers begins only after the full invoice amount has been received in Green Acoustics Sweden's bank account.

§ 3. Delivery Delays and Refunds: If Green Acoustics Sweden is unable to deliver the ordered products within a reasonable timeframe, or within the agreed-upon delivery period, and the customer has made payment in full, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

§ 4. Delivery and transport liability: The stated delivery time is an estimate based on current production times and component availability. Should a delay occur, the customer will be notified immediately. As the products are of high value, they are always shipped with insurance and tracking. Upon receipt, it is the buyer's responsibility to immediately inspect the packaging and the product for any transport damage and to report such damage to the carrier. Exception for Swedish Consumers: In accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, the transport risk remains with Green Acoustics Sweden until the product is delivered to the consumer. Therefore, Swedish consumer customers must report any transport damage directly to Green Acoustics Sweden immediately (and no later than 5 days after receipt) instead of the carrier, to allow us to process the insurance claim.

§ 5. Warranty: Green Acoustics Sweden loudspeakers have 2 years limited warranty. To make a warranty claim please contact your authorized dealer or get in contact with Green Acoustics at contact@greenacoustics.se. Do not send any products before you have established contact and an agreement regarding your product, product sent to us without prior agreement will not be accepted. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt and certificate of ownership document, explanation of the warranty claim and if applicably preferably including a photograph of the faulty part. All products shall be packed securely to handle the freight properly, preferably in the original packaging. If the product sent back is found ineligible for a warranty claim, the inspection and shipping costs will be charged to the owner and product returned after payment is received by Green Acoustics Sweden.

§ 6. Right of cancellation due to product defects: If a product is delivered with a manufacturing defect or does not match the agreed-upon specifications, the customer has the right to claim a remedy under applicable consumer or commercial law. The customer must notify Green Acoustics Sweden of the defect within a reasonable timeframe after discovering it. Green Acoustics Sweden reserves the right to first repair the defect or replace the product with a non-defective unit. If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time or causes significant inconvenience, the customer may be entitled to a price reduction or to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Exception for Swedish Consumers: In accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), consumers have a statutory 3-year right to complain about original defects. A defect reported within two months of discovery is always considered to have been reported within a reasonable timeframe.

§ 7. Force Majeure: Green Acoustics Sweden shall not be held liable for any delay, failure to perform, or delivery failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances (Force Majeure) include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, mobilization, civil unrest, fire, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, trade restrictions, export/import embargoes, pandemics, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, acts of government authorities, or extensive disruptions in infrastructure, power supply, or raw material availability. During the occurrence of a Force Majeure event, Green Acoustics Sweden’s obligations under these terms are suspended. If the fulfillment of the order is delayed for more than three (3) consecutive months due to a Force Majeure event, either party is entitled to cancel the contract without any liability for damages.
